Abus Bravus
The Abus Bravus key section is a maximum on security, comfort and flexibility. The Abus Bravus key section has full patent protection until 2030 and unlimited trade mark protection. The Bravus key section guarantees the user extremely high-grade solutions for private, commercial and public areas.
The Abus Bravus system uses a patented intellitec system, which guarantees the highest security against unauthorised key copying including a high level of picking protection. The intellitec system is a new developed control unit at the end of key and inside the cylinder itself. The intellitec detector inside the cylinder checks the exact geometry and the position of the intellitec pin on the key. The multidimensional scan of the intellitec system prevents the locking movement with an unauthorised key.
Using the Abus Bravus key system there are three options:
- Keyed individually: One cylinder with its own keys
- Keyed alike: Two or more cylinders operated by the same key
- Master keyed: A cylinder opened by its own key and by a site master or a grand master
Standard finishes for euro cylinders are satin nickel and satin brass although there are a range of different finishes available at an extra cost. The Abus Bravus system can be added to / expanded at any point in the future.
